A natural shellac finish helps protect and prolong the life of the wood. Your bowl may have a strong scent upon arrival from the non-toxic sealant, but this will diminish within a week or two at most, ensuring a food-safe product.

The exact shape you receive cannot be guaranteed, but it will be very similar to the bowls shown, measuring between 12-14 inches in diameter and 3.5-4 inches in height.
